YUNNAN NAM TABAK HYDROPOWER DEVELOPMENT COMPANY, established in accordance with modern enterprise system, is a professional hydropower development company dedicated to the development of the Nam Tabak Hydropower Projects on Nam Tabak River in Myanmar. The main shareholders are Yunnan Yunneng Hydropower Construction Company(YHPC) and Yunnan Xingdian group Co., Ltd.The company has been deeply engaged in hydropower station business for more than 30 years, and has rich experience in investment, construction and operation management of water conservancy and hydropower projects. As the largest private power generation enterprise in Yunnan Province, it has more than 600 employees and a group of excellent managers and professional and technical personnel. At the early stage of its establishment, the company has established the strategic idea of marching into the international hydropower market based on the hydropower market in Yunnan Province.

The company takes the development of superior hydropower resources as the main business, and takes the investment and construction of various power stations as the main business. It participates in power station investment, water conservancy and hydropower infrastructure construction, equipment installation, power engineering construction, power station project operation management and other services, and has the ability to independently complete the development, investment, construction and operation management of small and medium-sized water conservancy and hydropower projects.

Construction Ability

With regard to the construction of hydropower projects, the Company takes the construction of water conservancy and hydropower projects and the construction of electric power projects as its main business, and can construct the following projects:1) Construction of different types of DAMS, power plant buildings, water diversion and drainage buildings, diversion and closure works, installation of equipment related to turbine generator sets and power transmission and transformation projects, installation of metal structures such as pressure steel pipes, reinforcement of embankments, river dredging and irrigation works; 2) Construction of civil engineering of substation 110kV and below, construction of distribution network line engineering 35kV and below, including construction and reconstruction of agricultural network, urban network renovation, overhaul of distribution network technology, construction and construction of power grid supporting projects in new residential areas.

The company fully has the ability to independently complete the construction of small and medium-sized water conservancy and hydropower projects, and has rich experience in water conservancy and hydropower construction. The company participated in the construction of hydropower projects with a total installed capacity of 2,465 MW and a total investment scale of more than 18.817 billion yuan.

The Company participate in nearly twenty hydropower station construction of diversion, river closure and cofferdam construction, earth and rockfill dam construction, the excavation of the dam foundation and abutment, foundation construction, arch dam and gravity dam, tunnel, shaft, slope and underground cavities and the intake tower for the underground plant, plant, supporting, anti-slide pile, high slope, slope excavation construction, the high slope of prestressed anchor cable, power Station Road, bridge over river and other civil construction, metal structure of gate and buried parts, steel pipe, volute and other mechanical and electrical equipment installation. Operational Management

In terms of project investment and operational management, the company mainly operates projects involving the development, construction and operation management of hydropower stations. At present, the company has invested in 24 enterprises, led and invested in the operation and management of 18 hydropower stations. The total installed capacity of the operation and management power stations is about 1530 MW, and the accumulative investment fund of hydropower stations and other projects is 13.8 billion yuan. The average annual generating capacity is 6.64 billion kWh, and the annual sales income is 2.23 billion yuan.

From 2002 to 2003,

the company participated in the construction of Shuizhai Power Station in Luoping County, Qujing City, Yunnan Province: the installed capacity of the power station is 15MW, and the investment scale was 77 million yuan.

From 2004 to 2006,

the company participated in the construction of Maomaotiao Power Station in Malipo County, Wenshan Prefecture, Yunnan Province. The installed power station is 80MW, and the investment scale was 800 million yuan.

From 2004 to 2006,

the company participated in the construction of Yunnan Jinghong Tianshengqiao Power Station: the installed capacity of the power station is 50MW, and the investment scale was 323 million yuan.

From 2005 to 2007,

the company participated in the construction of Sinanjiang Power Station in Mojiang County, Pu’er City, Yunnan Province. The installed capacity of the power station is 201MW, and the investment scale was 1.237 billion yuan.

From 2005 to 2008,

the company participated in the construction of Miaolin Power Station in Yiliang County, Zhaotong City, Yunnan Province. The installed capacity of the power station is 65MW and the investment scale was 422 million yuan.

From 2005 to 2008,

the company participated in the construction of the arch dam and diversion tunnel civil engineering of Seyi Hydropower Station in Luoping County; The installed capacity of the power station is 40MW, and the investment scale is 293 million yuan.

From 2006 to 2010,

the company participated in the construction of Qiubei Houpayan Power Station in Wenshan Prefecture, Yunnan Province. The installed capacity of the power station is 80MW, and the investment scale was 800 million yuan.

From 2008 to 2011,

the company participated in the construction of Sichuan Dadu River Dagangshan Power Station: the installed capacity of the power station is 600MW, and the investment scale was 3.832 billion yuan.

From 2009 to 2012,

the company participated in the construction of Zheli Hydropower Station in Anhua County, Hunan Province, with an installed capacity of 200MW and an investment scale of 1.238 billion yuan.

From 2011 to 2013,

the Company participated in the construction of Nanbang River Dayakou Hydropower Station in Kangxian County, Lincang Town, Yunnan Province. The installed capacity of the power station is 200MW, and the investment scale was 1.302 billion yuan.

From 2011 to 2014,

the company participated in the construction of Xinjiang Qire Hatar Power Station: the installed capacity of the power station is 210MW, and the investment scale was 1.667 billion yuan.

From 2011 to 2014,
